What data do we collect?

• On this marketing website: no personal data is collected. No tracking cookies, no third-party analytics (no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or equivalent).
• On the application: the data you enter yourself (your identity, contact details, your own contacts, quotes, invoices) for your own business use.

Why do we use this data?

Solely to operate the service you have subscribed to: managing your contacts and invoicing, sending emails you trigger yourself, and legal compliance (VAT, e-invoicing). Never for advertising purposes.

Who has access to your data?

You, your team if you have one, and the technical sub-processors necessary to run the service (Google Cloud/Firestore hosting within the European Union, Cloudflare for network security, Stripe for payments you configure yourself). No data is sold or shared commercially.

How long do we keep your data?

For as long as your account is active. You can export or permanently delete your data at any time from Settings → GDPR, with email confirmation required before any irreversible deletion.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, portability — exercisable directly from the application, or by emailing us at the address on our contact page.

If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you have the right to complain to us directly first — we will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and keep you informed of our investigation. If you remain unsatisfied with our response, you can then complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, in accordance with the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025.

Security

Encryption in transit (HTTPS/HSTS), hashed passwords (PBKDF2), encrypted third-party API keys never sent back to the browser, hosting exclusively within the European Union.
