These terms govern access to and use of HotOrga, a CRM operated by TO BE COMPLETED. By creating an account, you accept these terms in full.
HotOrga is a business management tool (contacts, quotes, invoices, chatbot, automations) intended for UK small businesses and sole traders. It does not replace the advice of a qualified accountant or solicitor.
Paid plans are billed monthly with no fixed term. You may cancel at any time from your account, effective immediately for the current billing period.
You agree to provide accurate information, not to use the service for unlawful purposes, and to comply with the regulations applicable to your own business (invoicing, protection of your own customers' data).
For your own customers' data that you process through HotOrga, we act as a data processor within the meaning of UK GDPR, while you remain the data controller. See our privacy policy.
We make every effort to ensure the service is available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted continuity. Our liability is limited to the amounts actually paid under your subscription.
These terms may change; any material change will be notified to you by email.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
